The heavy-duty Garland GTGG60-GT60M natural gas chrome griddle provides 140,000 BTU of cooking power across its 60" width to handle high volume cooking tasks! This griddle has a chrome plate that ensures higher heat retention and easier cleaning than standard steel griddle plates. It prevents sticking, browning, and flavor transfer, yielding a higher quality product overall. Great for eggs cooked sunny side up, fish, or fluffy pancakes, the chrome plate ensure that these delicate foods won't stick or tear.
This 60" wide heavy-duty gas griddle features five "U" shaped, 28,000 BTU burners for powerful, even cooking. Its thermostatic controls enable precise temperature adjustment from 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit. The Piezo ignition ensures reliable lighting at the beginning of each shift.
Durable stainless steel construction ensures that this griddle is ready for anything in your commercial kitchen. A 4" front rail provides an additional work surface so that your staff can rest pans and utensils in a cooler area, while the 4" grease trough and large capacity grease drawer promote easy grease management. 4" adjustable stainless steel legs provide clearance for cleaning and maintenance. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
