This Garland GTGG60-G60M heavy-duty natural gas countertop griddle features a piezo spark ignition and five "U" shaped burners that provide 135,000 BTUs of raw cooking power. Each burner has an independent, manual hi-lo style temperature control with an approximate temperature range of 320-730 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring that this unit is built for high commercial demand.
Its 1" thick, polished steel griddle plate provides ample space to tackle any cooking task, while a 4" wide grease trough and grease trays ensure quick, easy cleanup. The 60" Garland GTGG48-G48M heavy-duty countertop griddle also features a stainless steel front, sides, and back, with matching 4" adjustable legs to stand up to the daily demands of your busy kitchen while remaining very easy to clean.
