The induction technology heats product through the cookware, which makes for a cool serving environment and a cool surface that won't burn guests or staff. As a result, you'll be able to safely serve dishes at the ideal temperature throughout the meal, even when guests treat themselves to seconds!

This particular warmer features (2) 750W heat zones, which are controlled independently to best suit individual dishes. Each zone is equipped with 5 temperature sensors to precisely maintain the set temperature. Temperatures can range between 122 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit and can be adjusted in 5 degree increments. An easy-to-read display shows the temperature in real-time, providing you with exact numbers to help you monitor the holding process and ensure food safety.

Heat precision and accuracy are maximized through the unit's RTCSmp technology. This technology oversees the integral parts of the unit, ensuring that the ceramic plate is held at the proper temperature at all times, and does so automatically. As it monitors the unit's overall functioning, it delivers reliable, high-quality performance so you can focus more on the meal and less on the equipment. With Green Heat technology, the unit is also programmed to monitor its energy supply and won't produce heat unless induction safe cookware is used.

This particular induction holding warmer is designed to accommodate a variety of induction cookware, allowing you to use oddly shaped pans that other warmers can't accommodate. It requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
