Equipped with (6) 26,000 BTU Starfire-Pro burners, the Garland GF36-6T liquid propane modular top 36" range provides you with optimum cooking performance, while its flame failure protection system guarantees safety and peace of mind. This system shuts off gas flow to each burner automatically if its pilot light is extinguished, reducing the risk of fires. Plus, with its 27 1/4" deep cooking area and 5" deep front ledge, you'll have plenty of space to cook up all of your menu items and keep up with customer demand. 4" adjustable metal legs come standard on this unit for counter mounting.
This model's ergonomic, split cast iron grates let you easily slide heavy pots from one section to another, while a low profile backguard keeps them from falling behind the range and protects your walls from accidental splashes.
For a quick cleanup, this unit boasts a sleek and sturdy stainless steel front and sides. The large, easy-to-use knobs are also easy to clean around.
