Thanks to its 4 Starfire-Pro 26,000 BTU burners, this Garland G36-4G12T liquid propane modular top 36" range with 12" griddle provides you with top-of-the-line cooking performance every time! With a 27 1/4" deep cooking area and 5" deep front ledge, you'll have plenty of space to cook up all of your menu items and keep up with customer demand. Its cast iron grates allow you to easily slide heavy pots from one section to another, while protected individual burner pilots eliminate spillover outages.

For increased flexibility, its 12" griddle is made of 5/8" thick steel and features a wide range of temperature settings, delivering 18,000 BTUs of cooking power. High splash guards protect your countertops and walls, while a 4 1/4" grease trough collects excess grease. 4" adjustable metal legs come standard on this unit for counter mounting.

To facilitate a quick cleanup, this Garland modular top range boasts a sleek and sturdy stainless steel construction, while its split ergonomic grates, burners, and 12" crumb trays are easy to remove and clean. The large, easy-to-use knobs are also easy to clean around.
