Quickly cook meats, vegetables, and more with this Garland G36-G36T liquid propane modular top range with 36" griddle! With a 27 1/4" deep cooking area and 5" deep front countertop ledge, you'll have plenty of space to cook up all of your menu items and keep up with customer demand.
For increased flexibility in your commercial kitchen, the griddle is made of 5/8" thick steel and features a wide range of hi / low, valve-controlled temperature settings, delivering 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for every 12" section (54,000 BTU total). 4" adjustable metal legs come standard on this unit for counter mounting.
High splash guards protect your countertops and walls, while a 4 1/4" grease trough collects excess grease. To facilitate a quick cleanup, this range boasts a sleek and sturdy stainless steel construction. The large, easy-to-use knobs are also easy to clean around.
