The Garland ED-15F is a powerful, 17 lb. electric countertop fryer that features a compact construction that will fit in concession stands and snack bars with the most stringent space restrictions! It has an electronic thermostat for precise, accurate control while a high-limit switch protects the fryer from overheating by shutting down the unit if shortening temperatures exceed normal limits.
This Garland ED-15F 17 lb. Designer series electric countertop fryer will tempt customers toward your delicious French fries, onion rings, and other fried foods during the day, and will clean up easily at the end of the night! Its durable stainless steel foundation can be quickly wiped down, while its stainless steel tank lifts out for convenient cleaning. It requires a 240V electrical connection.

This is an excellent deep-fryer for heavy/commercial use. The vats can accommodate a lot of contents such as french fries, onion rings, nuggets and chicken cuts. The quality is very high with this item since it is made by Garland. It is made mostly from very sturdy stainless steel and feels as a solid deep fryer that can withstand serious use.
