This 24" 8 kW stainless steel griddle boasts a compact, space-saving footprint, but its 3/4" thick griddle plate can still handle up to 300 hamburgers or 460 pancakes per hour! It's recovery signal light conveniently alerts you when the griddle is back up to the desired temperature, eliminating the guesswork.
Each 12" section of the grill has its own tubular heating element and hydraulic thermostatic control for precise heating every time, and it can achieve temperatures from 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit! This unit also features an easy-to-empty, front-loading grease trough plus side and backsplashes to protect your countertops and walls from accidental spills. The front and sides are made of durable stainless steel to ensure easy cleaning and years of reliable service. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
