Serve up crispy appetizers or fresh cut french fries with this Garland 36ES21 70 lb. range match electric floor fryer! This model has a 70 lb. oil capacity and uses a continuously welded steel tank for durability and longevity. Two twin fry baskets are also included so that you have everything you need to start cooking as soon as the fryer arrives. This fryer has a temperature range of 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes electromechanical thermostats to monitor and control the oil temperature. The heating elements are fixed within the tank and they provide an output of 20kW. Also, this fryer is designed to match up with your 36ES series range to provide a cohesive look along your entire cooking line.
Designed for heavy commercial use, this fryer is made with durable stainless steel front and side components that are easy to clean and resist corrosion. The cabinet base features a door and can be used for additional storage of commonly used items that you want to keep close to the fryer. 6" chrome-plated legs can be adjusted to ensure the unit stays level on uneven floors, and the legs also provide enough clearance so your staff can thoroughly clean underneath the fryer. A 240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
