Garde ROTOSLICE 1/8" to 1/2" Adjustable Fruit / Vegetable Rotary Slicer

This slicer is great for cutting down labor. We use it to slice tomatoes, shave lettuce and cabbage. Its capable of slicing other vegetables if you aren't concerned about continuity. Mushrooms tend to roll around and have inconsistent cuts but will always slice at the same thickness, if that makes sense. The downside is that it doesn't last long. I've bought two in the last year. I'm debating on whether I want to spend the money for another one or find another option.

This machine was very inadequate. When spinning the handle it would grind and constantly get stuck on itself. Not easy to use and the will not return it. I would stay away from this product and find another company to buy from.

We love this slicer! Our cooks use it daily. It can be a pain to take apart for cleaning, but most of them are. Years later we have had no issues and the blade is still sharp. Better than an electric slicer if your using it for just veggies.

It is so much faster than other. Fast. Easy to Use. Easy to clean.

Good value slicer. Problem are bushings on shaft. Staff has a tendency to lose them and I can not find any replacement rendering them useless.
