Here’s how to assemble your workbench.
Insert one of the adjusting feet into a step rivet of one of the leg frames, and use a nylon rivet to secure the foot.
Repeat this step to install all four adjusting feet.
Secure the lateral channel bracing to the leg frames using the screws and nylon lock nuts.
Place the tabletop upside down on a surface that won’t scratch it.
Please note that if you are installing the wood top, you will need to pre-drill the holes.
To do this, place tape on the drill bit ¾ inches from the end of the bit, and drill pilot holes ¾ inches deep with the drill bit, and secure it to the leg frames.
Finally, flip the bench right-side up.
For the laminate and wood tops, you will use the hexagon flange head tapping screws.
If you are installing a steel top, you will use the threaded screws.
These workbenches are the perfect, long-lasting addition to your facility.
