These gloves are perfect for wearing under a latex glove. We use these gloves to help keep our hands warm and clean during butchering each fall. They are lightweight and durable. I know they are not designed for it but they add another layer of protection for your hands from sharp knives. I do not think that you could wash and reuse these more than a few times but the price makes them very easy to replace. The sizing is right you do not have to order a size smaller or larger like some gloves. All in all a great product for the home butcher.
