Keep your food hot and ready to serve in your prep line or buffet with the Hatco GRAML-84D 84" Glo-Ray max watt dual infrared food warmer! This warmer features 5220W of heating power, 25% more than high watt models, to ensure your food stays at safe temperatures after it's done cooking.

For operation as easy as the flick of a switch, the unit features pre-focused elements and remote toggle controls. The pre-focused, dual elements specifically concentrate high heat to the edges of the food where heat loss is most common. This helps to maintain food safety and prevents food borne illnesses. Also, thanks to its 6" spacer, the warmer heats a wider surface area than other units.

To provide optimal durability and uniform heating, the unit is made with a full-body, continuous aluminum housing. Because of aluminum's properties, the housing reflects heat waves onto the food to help maintain the high, food safe temperatures. In order to allow you, your staff, and your customers to best view the delicious, steamy meals, the unit features bright, incandescent lighting. Plus, since the lights are shatter-resistant, your facility is kept safe even in the event of bulb breakage as they won't contaminate the food or place workers and guests at an increased risk of injury.

This particular food warmer comes equipped with a convenient remote control enclosure, which allows the controls to be located away from the unit's heat.
