    I use these gloves when handling game meat and cleaning it up out in the field at times. The texture of the chain can help you get a grab on meat that might be a bit slippery, and of course if you do slip with the knife it'll keep you from taking a finger off. Highly recommend these for anyone doing a lot of butchering and / or working with cuts that may have bone / sinew / or any time you have a chance of a knife accident taking a finger or three off.
