    The package arrived torn off, and the content was contaminated. More than 80% of the sheets were damaged, dirty, wrinkled, and in really bad condition. I called support center to inform them about the problem. They were really friendly, and professional; they asked me the regular questions and in less than five minutes they ordered me another package. This package arrived in good condition. Good job support center.

    Product is fine. Shipping packaging was not adequate. Basic box is not adequate for something this heavy and flexible. Box arrived badly bent & torn. Any small contents would have been lost or damaged. Some sheets dirtied. Package needs to be over rapped/boxed before shipping.
