Instead, this filter is designed to keep your oil from loose food particles that would fall into the fryer's cold zone and burn, improving the quality and taste of the fryer oil. With a durable stainless steel construction, this filter features a 550 micron mesh that prevents loose food particles from entering the fryer oil.

This fryer filter increases the use of cooking oil up to 40%, which is money saved. The filter itself is easy to place into the fryer and is also removable after use. For best results, the filter should be emptied multiple times throughout the day, depending on the volume of your business. This filter is compatible with select deep fryers.
