Frymaster RE180D 240/3 Details
The ideal combination of efficiency and volume, the Frymaster RE180 80 lb. High Production electric floor fryer is an excellent addition to any restaurant looking to increase profits from chicken tenders, French fries, and other popular fried foods! This fryer has proprietary, self-standing, long-life heating elements and RDT 1-degree compensating temperature probe.
This fryer features simple digital controls to let you make almost instant adjustments to your cooking cycles. They also ensure pinpoint accuracy when measuring oil temperature while allowing for high production and fast recovery times.
For easy cleaning and draining, this floor fryer has a deep cold zone with a 1 1/4" full port IPS ball-type drain valve. The tank's bottom slopes forward to help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot, and this unit's front, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability.
