Frymaster HD60GSBL LP Details
The ideal combination of efficiency and volume, the Frymaster liquid propane 80 lb. Decathlon floor fryer is an excellent addition to any restaurant looking to increase profits from chicken tenders, French fries, and other popular fried foods! This tube type fryer has five 6" diameter tubes that provide 36% more surface area for heat transfer, resulting in extended oil life, low gas consumption, and less heat loss. And with its convenient basket lift, this fryer automatically removes your fry baskets from the oil after a set amount of time for maximum efficiency. It boasts an output of 125,000 BTU and a 18" x 18" x 3 3/4" fry area.
This fryer features an electronic ignition and an innovative SMART4U 3000 controls that make it fast and easy to adjust any setting on your fryer. It can store up to 20 programmable functions so you can change cook times, temperatures, and more with the push of a single button, while its load compensation lets you produce large quantities of food while using 40% less oil. Individual tank readouts display information on cook cycles, programming values, and oil management to keep the operator informed at all times, promoting pinpoint accuracy when measuring oil temperature while allowing for high production and fast recovery times.
For easy cleaning and draining, this floor fryer has a wide cold zone with a 1 1/4" full port IPS ball-type drain valve and 3" drain line, while its melt cycle and boil-out mode ensure convenient maintenance. The tank's bottom slopes forward to help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot, and this unit's front, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Better yet its 6" steel legs make it easy to clean under the unit. This fryer requires a 120V electrical connection and a liquid propane connection for use.
