For high-volume frying applications, the Frymaster FPRE114 50 lb. high efficiency floor fryer is the perfect choice. Designed to make frying easier, more economical, and smarter, this model features a proprietary long-life element design along with a thermostat that comes mounted directly on the element to ensure accurate temperature readings and extended oil life. It also includes an RTD 1-degree compensating temperature probe for superior accuracy and consistent results. The digital control set features an intuitive touchpad interface that's great if you like a digital format, but don't want to bother with programmable menus and lots of extra features. It keeps operation simple with an LED display that can be toggled to Fahrenheit or Celsius, and a melt cycle to handle solid shortening blocks.

This model comes with a 50 lb. frypot that provides plenty of room to fry up your culinary creations, and since it comes with (2) twin fry baskets, you can quickly cook portions of your customers' favorite fried foods. The 50 lb. frypot is made of durable stainless steel to resist corrosion and make cleaning easier, and designed with a large cold zone and forward sloping bottom to help to collect and remove sediment, while a rear flush feature moves sediment toward the front 1 1/4" IPS full port drain for thorough removal. The fryer cabinet features an enamel coating, with a stainless steel door to provide extra protection where it's needed most.

Additionally, this unit comes with a built-in filtration system, which makes the filtering process easier and encourages it to be done at recommended intervals. This increases the life of your oil, keeps fried foods tasting fresher, and ultimately makes your bottom line, and your customers happier! The system is built into the cabinet section, with a large capacity filter pan that can be easily removed for cleaning and is designed to rest on rails to leave sufficient clearance for floor mats. The sloped design of the pan leaves minimal residual oil behind after filtering to reduce waste, and the large 3" drain lets the oil flow freely so that filtration takes as little time as possible. A single filter cycle can take as little as 5 minutes. The filtration system features a 1/3 hp motor and a 4 gpm pump. For greater convenience, this oil filtration system comes complete with a stainless steel crumb catcher for sediment disposal and a filter starter kit.

It comes with a set of 8 1/2" casters that make it easy to move the fryer for cleaning or service. The frypot requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection, with a separate 120V electrical connection for the filtration and controls. It must be hard-wired, cords and plugs are not included.
