This fryer has proprietary, self-standing, long-life heating elements and RDT 1-degree compensating temperature probe.
This fryer features simple CM3.5 controls to let you make almost instant adjustments to your cooking cycles. They also ensure pinpoint accuracy when measuring oil temperature while allowing for high production and fast recovery times. The tank's bottom slopes forward to help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot, and this unit's front, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability.

This is the best fryer ever! It holds a consistent heat the whole time I'm frying something. I use it for my pastry shop to fry doughnuts, crullers, and fried dough. Perfect product!
