Ideal for restaurants and commercial kitchens, this Fryclone fryer cleaning kit is sure to help you maintain a clean kitchen. This handy kit contains 3 essential cleaning tools to remove stubborn food debris from your deep fryer. The convenient, easy-to-use design of these tools promotes frequent cleaning to ensure all sanitation regulations and requirements are met.
The 1 1/4" wide crumb scoop is engineered with 304 stainless steel for optimal durability and corrosion resistance, and it also features an angled bottom for cleaning the deepest, hard-to-clean regions of the fryer. Drain holes in the back let you scoop out food debris while keeping oil in the frypot. Be sure to measure the gap between your fryer's tubes to determine if the size of this crumb scoop is best for your unit.
The 30" stainless steel deep fryer cleanout rod helps to clean hard-to-reach deep fryer drains and is easy to use. Simply place the straight portion into the blocked drain line to break up hardened fryer oil and food sediment. The scoop and rod also feature rubber-coated handles so you clean your fryer while maintaining a firm grip.
With the 23" polyester bristle L-tip fryer brush you will be able to clean between coils and crevices easily. Plus, the oil- and fat-resistant bristles ensure long-lasting use.
Remove stuck-on grime and thoroughly clean your fryer using Fryclone boil out cleaner.
Remove stuck-on grime and thoroughly clean your fryer using Fryclone boil out cleaner. You can determine if your fryer oil needs to be changed by using the Fryclone oil tester to diagnose the oil quality.
First, allow the oil to cool before performing the test. Then, place the oil from your fryer into the oil dropper. Put the oil dropper back into its holder next to the color tube. Finally, compare the fryer oil color to the color tube. When the fryer oil color matches or is darker than the color tube, discard the oil. Keep the dropper in the holder between use.
To begin the boiling out process, first turn off the unit and allow it to cool. Then, use the Fryclone crumb scoop to discard large sediment deposits before draining the oil. This will help avoid clogging up the valve.
Place the Fryclone pil pail, shuttle, or disposal unit under the drain valve. Drain the oil from the frypot. Use the Fryclone clean-out rod to help clear deposits in the drain valve. Use the large scraper and the crumb scoop for any large, hard deposits.
Once the frypot is empty, close the drain valve and safely discard the oil via an oil pail, shuttle, or disposal unit. Next, rinse the frypot with hot water to remove excess undrained fat and drain it into the oil pail.
Fill the frypot with water to the max line and add your Fryclone boil out fryer cleaner. Boil for 20 minutes.
Next, drain the water. Then, use a fryer brush to clean around the tubes and fryer walls to remove any remaining deposits. Rinse the frypot out twice to remove all residue, then drain into the oil pail.
Finally, add your new oil to the frypot with a bit of Fryclone fryer oil stabilizer and filter powder to keep the oil fresh longer.
