This PTAC unit is designed for installation in finished walls with a 42 1/4" x 16 1/4" cutout. This air conditioner features a breakproof control door and a tamper-resistant, anodized stamped aluminum grille that resists chalking and oxidation with aluminum endplates that reduce corrosion of outdoor coils. It also features a Surehold front cover system that attaches securely. An indoor coil frost sensor protects the compressor for a longer life and Diamonblue Advanced corrosion protection protects both sets of coils with a coating to resist corrosion in harsh outdoor environments. This item's modular design provides easy access to key components for maintenance and service and the unit can be installed low to or flush with the floor to accommodate your space.

This air conditioner is designed for the efficient temperature management of a 350-400 sq. ft. room with EERs up to 12.0, COPs up to 3.55, and 390 CFM, as well as reduced sound levels that increase guest satisfaction. This item's permanently lubricated 2-motor, curved coil increases efficiency while a rotary compressor with vibration isolators reduces sound levels. A specially prepared galvanized, zinc-coated steel base pan with high-density insulation that is powder-coated with a polyester paint finish and then oven-cured for durability blocks outdoor noise which makes this PTAC unit ideal for guest rooms in hotels, inns, and bed-and-breakfasts. This unit is designed to fit standard PTAC sleeves (sold separately) with no baffle kit needed and includes 2 easy-access, interchangeable, washable air filters. For safety and efficiency, the compressor is also designed with an automatic restart that protects electrical systems from overload when power is restored after an outage. This item features up to 9,200 BTU of power during cooling and up to 8,000 BTU during heating. It runs on R-32 refrigerant, features a 5' power cord, and requires a 208/230V electrical connection for operation.
