Product purchased did not fit our chair. Contacted support throw chat and they were going to get us the info for us to return the item. That was over a week ago and she said we would hear something by the 11th. But that has come and gone and still no word on how to do the return. Also she stated that you can not do a return but could issue us store credit. Not very happy about that either! I guess I will have to get back on chat and see what if anything is happening with our return.
