The best tool for any kitchen. This helps getting the hood vents out like a breeze. It takes me about ten minutes to remove and replace about twenty vents.

The Baffle Boss is a great tool that allows my employees to remove and install a variety of hood vents without moving equipment and getting covered in grease. My employees found it very easy to assemble and use, and is the only way they will remove the hood vents now!!!

The Baffle Boss hood filter lifting fork does the job! No more standing on ladders over the line equipment to get out the filters. Just stand on the floor and pop them out.

Not a very well made tool. The adjust tilt and grove for the width are very hard to adjust. Everything is make out of the aluminum which means you can’t use heavy detergent to clean it. This tool is to remove dirty filters and it will get dirty. Perhaps stainless steel or abs plastic head would be better choice?

I just received my package and was absolutely disappointed to find that the unit was damaged upon arrival and the instructions were poorly written. One piece of paper along with a damaged locking rod and spring. The locking rod was bent slightly so inserting in to lock the head assembly was extremely challenging. Also the ends of the spring have a metal piece to hold the spring together and popped off as I was assembling the unit. Very very poor design and terrible quality. Would not recommend

Arrived very bent and in an overly sized box with no kind of protection but I bent it back into place works pretty well for removing vents not so much putting them back in place

If your hood requires you to get up on a ladder to remove filters this is a must. It makes the job so easy. Our janitor takes them down monthly and wouldn't do it with out it. Saves the up and down on a ladder reaching over grills and fryers etc.
