When lining up tables to seat a large group of guests, traditional tables almost always leave an uneven ridge where they meet. However, with FLAT technology, every table is level and can be aligned perfectly to eliminate uneven dining surfaces.
This base features a decorative cast iron base and tapered post for an elegant look that will complement any fine dining restaurant. Plus, its tall, bar height design allows for pairing with bar height chairs to add depth and variety to your business's atmosphere.
With its durable top plate, it is designed to securely hold table tops and provide outstanding support for your food and beverages. Its design allows it to hold table tops up to 24" square or 26" round that have a maximum weight of 44 lb. To ensure that the FLAT technology continues to work efficiently, it is best not to exceed this table top size recommendation. Tabletop screws for this base are sold separately.

These table bases are beautiful and extremely heavy. I put 36x36 table tops on and it was way to big- tried 30x30 and it still tipped if you put pressure on the corner. finally had to settle for 24" round tops, which is really small but they are sturdy.

The adjustable feature is awesome it saves my hardwood floor from getting marred as well as adjusting itself. I love the look of these table bases. The stabilizer works great. The bases are VERY heavy - which is good and bad - Good if you don't want patrons moving them, bad if you want employees moving them to sweep and mop. The main screw does tend to loosen up over (a very short) time causing the table to wobble. It's an easy fix if you have the strength to turn the table over (two person job).
