Flash Furniture BT-827-1-BK-GG Hercules Diplomat Black Leather Chair with Wooden Feet

Our coffee shop goes through furniture fairly fast, with spills, climbing children, and marathon bloggers, sitting for hours. So we ordered this chair and immediately found it easy to assemble, and comfortable, if a bit firm. Now after several weeks I have customers waiting for this chair to become available. I've even had several people thank me for getting this chair, and ask that I get more. I am ordering 2 more. So I am very happy with this chair.

We absolutely loved this couch when we first received it. The color was perfect for our space. Within two years, the material on the cushions started to crack. Eventually, all of the cushions contained cracks that can't be repaired. And you can't even cover them with cushion covers, because the cushions don't come off. On top of that, any kind of spring under the cushions is now completely gone. It is an incredibly uncomfortable couch to sit on. Four years after purchase, it was looking pretty pathetic. Five years after purchase, it's totally worthless. We've had a super basic IKEA couch for 14 years that's still going strong. And it was cheaper!

The couches need to be better in the corner. The space is tight, but it pulls in lots of dirt and trash.

Guaranteed to peal. This "LeatherSoft upholstery" will flake off after 2 years it will look like a snake coming out of its skin. Very disappointed.

These are really comfortable compared to other sofas at a similar price point. The cushions are thick but firm, so they don't get deformed easily. We have not had any problems with leather scratching. It seems like the finish is scratch and scuff resistant.

I bought this to put in the lobby of my office. Not very big although it does seat two people. Comfortable enough so that you can sit on it, not comfortable enough to want to lie down and take a nap on.

I bought this for my home office it is a beautiful love seat. It is comfortable to sit on and surprisingly comfortable to lay on.

Flash Furniture has always been out go to brand when it comes to leather lounge chairs. We ordered these and once we got it set up, we were not surprised. They were really nice. We love them!

This Flash Furniture Hercules Diplomat Cognac Leather Chair with wooden feet has become my favorite place to lounge. The sofa offers very little give but it is surprisingly very comfortable. I am impressed with the subtle caramel tone in the brown material and don’t think the picture does it justice. I would recommend.
