These sardines are large, very plump, and the tin comes filled to the brim. The bones are easy to get through and do not need to be removed. There are not a lot of hot peppers in the tin, but the heat is infused into the olive oil, so the fish is on the spicy side, but it's just the perfect amount of heat.
