Had this installed by a plumber. Absolutely loved it for 3 tub stainless sink, but... both the hot and cold handles have failed. Started with it taking forever to build enough pressure to push the spring open for water flow (the plumbers explanation). Then got to a point where the faucets would not turn off, necessitating us going under the stink to turn off the supply valves. I am told there may be parts to repair it. By the time I pay for the parts and the plumber to rebuild would be close to price of a new one. Have to say, for a commercial product I am highly disappointed in the short life span. We are a home, not a commercial business and take care of our equipment. I had hoped to get many years of service out of this product. Perhaps we got a lemon? Makes me cautious about buying the same brand. If I hear from the manufacturer and they offer to replace I will update.
