Create multiple beverages using one machine with this Fetco MBS-1221 Extractor Plus series brewer. This brewer is designed to brew hot coffee, iced coffee, and iced tea. Designed for medium- to large-sized venues and high-volume batch brewing, it produces up to (112) 8 oz. cups per hour. This makes it ideal for banquet halls, cafeterias, and restaurants. It features a simple push button interface, and it is independently programmable for coffee and tea.
This brewer features a 3-position shelf and a wide base to brew into virtually any dispenser. It comes with 2 metal brew baskets and a laser welded tank for optimal durability. The brew baskets have color-coded clips, green for tea and brown for coffee, for easy differentiation. It features a brew basket sensor to stop the unit from operating when the brew basket is not properly inserted. This unit also automatically manages the net brew time independently from the pre-wet and pulsing functions, providing easy adjustment of tea and coffee extraction.
The machine uses a cascading spray dome for maximum flavor extraction. Its lime-resistant design helps to reduce maintenance, saving you both time and money. To save electricity, this unit boasts an ECO mode that reduces the temperature of the tank when the brewer is not in use. This brewer also has a USB plug-in feature to transfer your programmed batch parameters onto other brewers using a USB device. This unit has a removable electrical lattice for easy repairs. It requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection for operation.
