I used this cake pan for the first time and loved it! It made the perfectly sized cake for our event with three layers, all torted and filled with strawberry. But I'm deducting a couple stars because we spent at least ten minutes per pan trying to get the label and its industrial-strength adhesive off the pan. And even after scrubbing and picking and breaking a nail and using a lot of Goo Gone, we still couldn't remove all the sticky residue. This pan isn't meant to have the label left on, so why does the manufacturer not use something more user-friendly?
Thank you for your review, Melinda! We would like to gather more information about your experience with this cake pan. A Customer Solutions Representative will contact you soon! Please note, the label is safe to leave on the pan; if needed, the best way to remove it would be to apply heat or coat it with vegetable oil and wait a few minutes before peeling off.
