Fat Daddio's PRD-42 ProSeries 4" x 2" Round Anodized Aluminum Mini Straight Sided Cake Pan

I've heard nothing but great things about these and I love that they have this non standard size which is my preferred size for small celebration cakes. It has the perfect "curve" at the bottom of the pan that allows for easier release for fewer stuck pieces, but it won't provide a sharp "corner" if that's what you're looking for.

I used this cake pan for the first time and loved it! It made the perfectly sized cake for our event with three layers, all torted and filled with strawberry. But I'm deducting a couple stars because we spent at least ten minutes per pan trying to get the label and its industrial-strength adhesive off the pan. And even after scrubbing and picking and breaking a nail and using a lot of Goo Gone, we still couldn't remove all the sticky residue. This pan isn't meant to have the label left on, so why does the manufacturer not use something more user-friendly?

This Fat Daddio’s pan is excellent quality! The anodized aluminum heats evenly, so my cakes and deep-dish pizzas come out perfectly baked every time. The straight sides give professional-looking results, and nothing sticks, making cleanup easy. It feels very sturdy and durable — definitely built to last. A great investment for any serious baker or pizza lover!

This cake pan extremely is the best, perfect size and quality. baked many cakes and they came out looking fabulous. i highly recommend this product.

I love these pans. Cakes come out with the correct light color and not dry. They cook quickly in the oven and come down in temp quickly as highlighted by the Fat Daddio team. Most recipes I use does require some adjustment in temperature because of this or checking the doneness before the recommended time. But I usually check cakes this way anyway because my oven doesn't always maintain a consistent temp across cooks.

Great pans. Never have a problem with cakes sticking and light color ensures even baking. Just with that the UPC sticker wasn't so hard to get off the pan.

I used to have Wilton pans... Wow! You can feel the difference. These pans are so much thicker than Wilton pans. These are definitely made more a commercial kitchen. They are thick and should last a long long time.

My friend another baker informed me of this product and listen, when baked my cake within this cake pan I could taste the difference with my baked product.

3" x 2" cake is very good addition to my baking pans. This is perfect cake when you are making personal size with different flavor and different designs.

Make the investment!! These pans are amazing. My cakes and cheesecake bake perfect. They come out so clean and neat. I'm switching out all of my pans to this brand.
