Great quality baking tools from Fat Daddio! They are the best in cake supplies and this is no different. The plastic used here is solid, so it does not bend under rolling pin pressure. Red is 3mm, black 5mm, white 10mm. Make sure those are the correct sizes you need, unfortunately Fat Daddio doesn't offer a 2mm size which would have made this set perfect!
