Fanale Tapioca Boba Pearls 6.6 lb. - 6/Case

I liked these pearls so much that I ordered a whole case. I didn't need to cook it for the entire recommended time of 2 + 25 minutes. I only cooked under 7 minutes medium fire and let it sit for 10 more minutes. Texture wise, these pearls were very soft and chewy with a little bite. They remained chewy for at least an hour. I presume they could go longer before getting hard, but I didn't get to test it for that long. Size wise, they came out a little bigger than the Bossen pearls. Color, they're a brown color vs the more darker color of Bossen Taste, neutral taste but it has a great caramel smell Side note: I ordered 2 bags of pearls. They were not packed well within the box and tumbled around which caused a lot of the pearls to be crushed. If you're going to order the pearls, I'd suggest ordering the case over individual bags.

I purchased these to make for an event of 600 people. They smell incredible through the bag, like sweet brown sugar. I did two different cooking styles, making an entire 6.6 lb bag. Make sure you have a VERY large pot if you make it all at once because it bubbles over like crazy if it's full to a few inches from the top, I had to split it evenly into two large pots. I followed the directions, rinsed them very well, and they lasted for longer than fours hours with my added syrup/solution after with texture in tact. I love them!

I love these tapioca pearls. They really complement the milk tea or smoothies and enhance the flavor of the drinks. They’re chewy and have brown sugar flavor

This is an excellent product...the low stars are for shipping. It definitely requires more intentional care to ship properly and Webstaurant simply won't do that. Customer service has been amazing, but when you receive a product that is utterly useless and then they re-ship with no more attention to detail, it's frustrating!

We used these only when we couldn't get the other brand boba pearls. These ones have more preservatives and I'm not comfortable with that. The flavor is great and no one can tell the difference, and it's tempting because they are less expensive, but I will go for less preservatives and made in America if I have the option.

I just opened them and 1/3 of the bad is literally just powder. Maybe from shipping, I’m not sure if this is a common issue but I’m going to order a different brand and see if it’s any better. The taste is pretty good though, you just won’t get a full bag of boba.

The Fanale tapioca pearls are great! Great flavor and great texture. We boil them for 30 minutes then let them rest for 30 minutes and it's the perfect texture and makes the best boba every time for our guests. Shipping is always fast with Webstaurant and it always arrives intact and not damaged. Good shelf life and great tapioca pearl. Definitely recommend!

These tapioca pearls are so delicious and chewy. They're super easy to cook and my customers love it! Definitely worth the price, will purchase again!
