Ideal for light- to moderate-duty use, this Fama electric cheese grater is designed to grate hard cheese and breads for medium-duty applications. With a 1 hp motor that provides 1,670 RPM, this electric cheese grater will get the job done quickly and efficiently. It is capable of grating up to 154 lb. of product per hour, helping to shorten prep times. For easy operation, it has a simple white start button and a black stop button to control the machine.

This grater is constructed of a durable iron steel drum with stainless steel basins and hoppers for long-lasting use. It has a variety of safety features including an added safety microswitch function that allows the machine to immediately be stopped at any time by lifting the handle of the grater mouth. It also has built-in thermal overload protection to automatically stop the machine to prevent overheating and overuse. This unit requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
