Keep your most popular ice cream flavors cold and ready to serve with the Excellence HBD-12HC ice cream freezer dipping cabinet! This dipping cabinet features tall glass sides that help keep your display area insulated while giving your customers the full view of your ice cream selection. Plus, with interior LED lighting, this cabinet will always offer the maximum visibility so that your flavors can be easily viewed at all times. With the included tub holders, this unit is ready to use right off the bat!

The wide range thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature to suit the needs of your ice cream supply, from -15 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Reflecting ambient heat, the glass cover helps to maintain cool temperatures inside, making sure the food doesn't melt on hot summer days or in warm afternoon sun beams. The prepainted, galvanized, steel interior accommodates up to (12) 3 gallon cans to display, and an additional (10) 3 gallon cans to store for when your displayed offerings are running low. Enhanced tab holders secure your cans in place, so scooping doesn't result in a wobbling container and hard-to-access ice cream. Tempt your customers with samples lined up on the mezzanine shelf, or entice them by showcasing expertly assembled dessert examples.

This dipping cabinet is chilled with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. Standing on 4 casters, 2 of which lock, this unit is easy to move for cleaning and servicing. This freezer requires a 115V electrical connection to operate.

Excellent dipping cabinet, thermostat adjustment has numbers on mine, unlike previous poster so maybe they fixed that, works great. Very energy efficient. Only thing I have issue with is the ice cream holder plastic inserts, they're very snug fit on 3 gallon tubs, but I'm happy with it overall. To remove the tubs in the middle of the cabinet, it's necessary to remove the sliding glass door, but it's simple to do, just slide and tilt. Very happy with purchase, looks great too!

I have two shops and I'm in it to make a living, so every dollar counts. The first shop we use two 16Ttub Hussmans, they look nice but they are old and require a lot of love. When I opened our second shop I wanted new. I went cheap and bought three of these Excellence cabinets and have been very happy with the results. Cons: They are not as heavy duty and have the glass slides. Pros; Price. You can slide the glass in the middle and dip from both ends and since I have three, the isn't much of a problem have two people working them. One of the most interesting facts about these cabinets are they don't use much power (5.3amp). All three are on a 20amp circuit and super quiet!

We use this product always as our main dipping cabinet. IT holds the temp very well. I do wish it had a little more specific of a temp gauging and was located on the front not the side!

Good cabinet for the price and for a startup. The cooling adjustment on the back of the cabinet had no numbers to tell you whether you are adjusting the temperature up or down. Difficult to change out product and the plastic spacers are so sharp the edges will cut you. The cabinet is a great looking cabinet and has good storage capacity. Would like to see the company fix the problems I have mentioned.
