Its single layer, heat-reflective curved glass lids ensure a crystal-clear view of all your products. For superior food safety, it also features a protective sneeze shield. Designed to sit on top of ice cream tubs, the tub cover provides a clean, organized display.
To maintain stable scooping temperatures, this dipping cabinet uses a 1/5 hp compressor that runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. The Excellence EDC-4CHC requires a 115V electrical connection.
