Dissolved solids and limescale buildup can be a silent killer for any piece of kitchen equipment that uses water, so be sure that you're doing all you can to treat the problem at its source with this Everpure EV9977-00 Conserv 75E reverse osmosis system! This filter system uses reverse osmosis technology to remove up to 95%+ of total dissolved solids that contribute to limescale before they get to your equipment, in addition to filtering water for chlorine taste and odor, cysts, and particulates. This helps your equipment run at optimum efficiency and will reduce the time and cost spent on cleaning and service calls. Additionally, it comes with a storage tank for your purified water, and it includes a calcite feeder cartridge to re-introduce a small amount of hardness back into the water, which is ideal for applications that benefit from controlled re-mineralization. Additionally, this system includes a blend valve that lets you set a blend of filtered water and the ultra-pure RO water to reduce usage on your system and create a specific water profile for your needs. With all of these features together, it makes an excellent setup for coffee, espresso, and ice machines.

The system has a capacity of approximately 50.51 gallons per day, and the flow rate is dependent on the water pressure in the storage tank and line size(s) to equipment. The filter cartridges should be changed every 12 months as parts of a preventative maintenance schedule, or when the system's total capacity has been reached. To install, mount with the cartridges hanging down and allow 2 1/2" below the cartridges for easy replacement. Its compact footprint can be wall mounted, counter mounted, or placed under the counter.
