This cartridge protects the components of your machine from clogging, corrosion, and abrasion. It also includes a self-contained scale inhibitor which reduces problems caused by scale buildup. It boasts a 9,000-gallon capacity with a maximum pressure requirement of 125 PSI. It features a low micron rating of 0.5 to capture even the smallest particles, and it maintains an efficient, consistent flow rate of 1.67 GPM. Additionally, because none of the internal filter components are exposed during routine handling, swapping out the cartridge is quick, simple, and sanitary.

This is a really good filtering system. It is easy to install as well. You never know what could be coming in the supply side of your water, and you don't want that to pass into things like your ice machine, etc.

Must have for our ice maker!
I have been using this filter system for about a year now and has done a great job. I have major construction in the area currently and has kept all the junk out of my water for my customers.
If you are looking for a great water filter for ice machines, this is definitely it! Not only does it keep the ice tasting good, but keeps the ice machine running smoothly without all the scale build up. Less breakdowns = more money!
This filter cartridge works great and we will definitely be purchasing more in the near future! Great price for the quality of the product as well
