Easily prep large batches of dough with this Eurodib MSRSAUT11 12 lb. / 11 part automatic electric dough divider / rounder! Using stainless steel blades and an oscillating movement, this machine automatically presses, cuts, and shapes your dough into 11 consistent rounded balls. It can handle up to 12 lb. of dough, with a portion weight of 0.4 to 1.1 lb. All you have to do is program in your settings and place a portion of dough onto the tray. Be sure to lightly dust your dough in flour if it's sticky before use.

This dough divider / rounder can be programmed for pressing time, rounding time, and size, and can conveniently save up to 9 different programs for future use. It features simple controls and a digital display with knobs to control programs and working times. Incredibly durable for long-lasting and reliable use, it's also built with adjustable feet and two casters beneath the front end to aid in displacement. A 208-220V electrical connection is required for operation.
