This Eurodib CORT-L panini grill is the perfect solution when you want to serve up delicious, fresh paninis without taking up much countertop space! This panini grill features a grooved top plate and smooth bottom plate, made of fine grain, non-stick cast iron, that provide even heating and cook sandwiches, chicken, vegetables, and even burgers quickly. The grooved top plate is perfect for leaving tantalizing grill marks on food while the smooth bottom plate seals foods' surfaces and provides even browning, like a griddle.

The quality of the plates ensures even temperature distribution and greater heat retention for a more consistent finished product. The plates are coated with a ceramic treatment that makes them non-stick. The coating itself is extremely tough and will not chip or peel so you can be sure your panini grill will last. In total, the cooking area is 14 1/2" x 10" to handle large sandwiches, but the unit is still small enough to fit in many compact kitchens.

The thermostat can be adjusted up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, which allows you to tackle a wide variety of different foods. The hinged, auto-balancing top plate adjusts as you close the grill to provide even coverage across the top of the food, ensuring that all items are cooked to perfection! The hinge mechanism can easily be adjusted without removing the cover if needed.
