This electric charbroiler is designed with raised cast iron ribs with recessed heating elements designed to brand meats effectively without excessive charring. The recessed heating elements are protected from fats and corrosive juices to ensure a long life and minimal heat radiation for flame-free broiling. This feature reduces the risk of flare-ups, lowers air conditioning costs, and enhances both comfort and safety in your kitchen! This charbroiler features a countertop design that maximizes useable space in your kitchen.

This electric charbroiler features (1) 12" broiling module with an infinite temperature control to create dishes with a smoky, char-grilled flavor your guests will love. The 11 1/2" x 19" grill size broils (5) 8 oz. strips or (10) 4 oz. burgers per load to meet the needs of any busy establishment and is designed with a unform surface temperature to eliminate the need for shifting. Made with durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel cabinetry, this item features a Grease-Flo drainage system with self-cleaning lift-out cook-top grates, a removable grease tray, and splatter guards for faster, easier cleaning. This item requires a 240V, 1 phase connection.
