This Zurn Elkay 61313C cartridge valve regulator with red spring is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with most Zurn Elkay push button drinking fountains. This essential component controls the on / off water flow in your unit, and it also regulates how much water flows out of the bubbler head. If your original cartridge valve regulator is broken or malfunctioning, replace it immediately to continue operation of your drinking fountain.
