ElectroBraid A-7 Details
Ensure your animals are properly contained with this ElectroBraid copper ground rod. A vital part of any electric fence system, this copper-coated grounding rod receives a charge nearly at the same time as your fencing wire. When an animal comes in contact with the fence, the charge goes from the animal, into the ground, and reaches the ground rod, which then sends the charge back to your charger (sold separately) to close the circuit. Be sure to use a mallet to drive your ground rod at least 4' into the ground and space it at least 10' apart from other rods for proper grounding. You'll also need ground rod clamps and insulated cable (each sold separately) to complete a full installation of your grounding rod.
