The Edlund RMD-2 Four Star series deluxe 32 oz. portion scale is designed specifically for light to medium-duty weighing tasks in your restaurant kitchen, sandwich shop, market, or pastry shop.
The Edlund RMD-2 portion scale is made of stainless steel both inside and out and its adjustable, air-filled dashpot helps reduce strain on the scale's needle by controlling bounce.
