Edlund 50840 Details
The Edlund E-160 IC digital portion scale features a 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform with a convenient ice cream cone stand. The ice cream cone stand has two slots sized to accommodate sugar cones or cake cup cones.
Just scoop your ice cream right onto the cone! The scale's large, easy-to-read LCD readout lets you monitor scoop size, helping you provide a consistent product and reduce waste.
A durable, high-impact resistant casing stands up to the daily demands of your snack bar or ice cream parlor. The Edlund E-160 IC portion scale is portable, too! It can be powered by either a 120V AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). When operating with a battery, the unit makes use of an automatic shut-off feature to conserve energy. It utilizes an automatic push button tare, as well as an ounce / gram mode selection switch.
