Edlund 50300 Details
This Edlund DFG-160 digital portion scale features an ample 6" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform to provide plenty of space for weighing sliced luncheon meats, fish or poultry portions, or even dough. A durable, high-impact resistant plastic casing will stand up to the daily demands of any food service operation. This scale can read in the decimal ounce (0.1 oz.), fractional ounce (1/8 oz.), and grams (1 g). Additionally, this digital scale is field-recalibrateable, allowing you to adjust your scale without having to send it away for maintenance.
The Edlund DFG-160 portion scale is portable, too! It can be powered by either an AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). It includes a low battery indicator light and automatic shut-off feature for efficient use. A large, easy-to-read LCD readout helps reduce portioning errors that can cost you in the long run.
