Perfectly cut fries in your french fry cutter with this Edlund BL200 3/8" blade / knife assembly. This blade works with your Edlund french cry cutter to create a 3/8" (10 mm) cut. It's a direct replacement for the one that came on your Edlund 73101 french fry cutter, or it can easily be swapped out with the blade that came on Edlund 73401, 73301, and 73201 french fry cutters.
