i usually am so pleased with my orders and any mistakes are corrected in a timely manner but these sleeves don't fit the 20 oz. paper cups. They don't slide all the way in the middle and customers ask for a new one because they break when we try to push them up any further.

Not sure what's happened, but they used to fit the 10oz cups perfectly. However, it seems as if they've been redesigned and are an awful fit. The picture of the smaller sleeve is technically the same item number and this has been brought to Webstaurant's attention several times. These sleeves are more flimsy than the previous design.

These are absolutely great for our cafe. Out of the cases we have bought of these, I have had only one pop open from the glue being weak. We use them to stamp our logo on them and they work great for advertising for us.

Saturday construction for the Kraft Coffee Sleeve. They’re the perfect size for our company’s stamp, so we can save money and stamp our logo on the sleeve. The hold up really well, and fit both our hot and cold cups, for the few people that ask For them on their cold cups. Thick and sturdy so you don’t burn your hand, or on the flip side your hand doesn’t get cold or wet from the condensation.

These java jackets are great for personalizing. They hold up well with hot or cold beverages and fit cups from 12oz-20oz & 16oz-20oz cold cups. We personalize ours with a stamp. They are also a great prices.

I opted to buy the single wall coffee cups because I don't like the ribbed cup look and you can see the seam on it. I instead bought these for the cups. I plan to get custom printing on it but in the meantime because it's paper and porous, I can stamp it with my logo. The kraft brown color looks great.

The sleeves are very effective for handling hot drinks in paper cups. The corrugated lining helps it to stay in place when not in hand. It's easy to stamp for personalization, and durable enough for our staff to reuse for multiple cups, reducing waste. They are small enough to store in one of the napkin slots in our coffee organizer. I appreciate the option for 50-pack rather than a case!

These sleeves are the perfect size for all of our hot cups. We can depend on them being in very good condition every time. The thickness of the sleeves is just right making them not too bulky but allowing our customers to comfortably hold a very hot cup/ Durable and a good snug fit around the cup to ensure heat protection.

We use these sleeves in our orchard markets for hot apple cider. They work great to insulate the 12oz matching cups and lids to secure the warm product. They also help provide more structure to the cups.
