This adapter is made to hold up to (1) 6 1/2" diameter, 4 qt. round inset and (1) 10 1/2" diameter, 11 qt. round inset so you can serve savory sauces, sweet hot fudge, oatmeal, or other liquid items. For long-lasting use in your commercial food service operation, this adapter plate is made of durable stainless steel.
