Protect your floor with this E.L. Mustee 99 DURAPAN 30 1/4" x 32 1/2" x 2 1/2" fiberglass compact washing machine pan. This pan is perfect for use under stacked washing machine and dryer units or water heaters. It protects your floor against water damage from leaks and scuffs from the bottom of your washer. Plus, it is easy to install and can be easily secured to the floor with the included hardware. Its removable front threshold makes placement, positioning, and leveling under washers and water heaters simple.
This washing machine pan features a center drain that is compatible for connection with a 2" PVC, ABS, or iron sanitary pipe (sold separately). The semi-gloss finish, molded fiberglass construction ensures superior strength and is resistant to impacts, mold, and mildew. This washing machine pan is perfect for use in second floor or higher units in high rises and multilevel apartment and condo buildings.
