Avoid this glassware AT ALL COSTS! Once a week we have a glass just simple shatter on tables. No reason at all and majority of the time it is when a guest isn't even touching it. It doesn't have to do with temp because the glassware has been sitting at room temp for hours by this point. And when it shatters it isn't large pieces you can just pick up, it is tiny pieces that go everywhere. Last week we had a 6 top who was eating their entrees when one shattered. We had to not only move them to a different table, which then caused a roadblock in reservations for the night, but we also had to completely recook all of their food because it went all over the table. I've never seen anything like it, and our teammates who have been with us for years told me "yeah, that happens with those glasses all the time".
